Required and Optional Classes – HDC

In order for us to start preparing for next year’s  Dance Schedule, we are having families that are planning to have their child continue on the dance team for the 2023-2024 season to fill out the form below.

This form will provide the option for families to prepay their yearly company fee of $50 per dancers (starting in September your monthly tuition payments will not have any added team fee). This company fee is non refundable.

If you choose not to pay online via this form, please bring payment to the studio within 48 hours to reserve your place.

We understand that some families may not want to commit at this time, but please understand that we are only basing the dance schedule on the number of students that commit by February 16th. Meaning, optional classes may not have available space for your child(ren) to join. For example, if we are choosing a small group and want 8 dancers, we will choose those 8 out of people who are committed. This way we know we have enough people for that routine.

In the past, we have had situations where families committed and then backed out which affected our Dance Schedule. This is ultimately why we are requiring  the prepaid company fee and the commitment agreement. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Only choose the style/amount of optional routines/classes your child(ren) is allowed to participate in for the 2023-24 season. Do not check off 3 optional routines/classes if you only want them to participate in one!!
