Our First Steps class is the perfect introduction to dance for our youngest movers, ages 18 months to 3 years! This playful class encourages movement, music, and imagination while focusing on basic motor skills, rhythm, coordination, and social interaction.
Our little ones get to explore creative movement alongside their parent or guardian through fun activities using props, music, and gentle instruction, all while building confidence and joy through dance.
What Should We Wear? 🎀 Dress Attire
For the Little Dancer (18 – 35 months):
- Attire Options: leotard and tights (most dancers wear the color pink with an attached tutu or elastic waist dance skit), shorts/leggings with a tank top of t-shirt
- Shoes: ballet shoes or sneakers
- Hair: pulled back off the face (bun, ponytail, or braid)
For the Parent/Guardian:
- We suggest comfortable athletic wear or yoga-style clothing
- Sneakers are recommended
- Avoid anything restrictive, dangling, or that has zippers that might scratch your dancer

Thursday Mornings from 10:30am – 11:00am
Thursday Evenings from 5:20pm – 5:50pm
- October 30th (optional: wear costumes for Halloween)

- December 18th (optional: wear any Holiday apparel)
