Howell Dance Company is a Nationally Award Winning Competitive Dance Team in Howell, NJ
Howell Dance Company is a selected group of dancers from ages 5 to 18. They perform and compete before a group of judges in a variety of dance styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Production, Hip-hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap and More! They are very dedicated and work hard to perfect their routines.
This competitive dance team competes at regional competitions as well as national based competitions. Many of the advanced dance students also compete as soloists or in duo, trio, and small groups in addition to competing with their dance class groups.

Sine the start of the Howell Dance competitive dance teem, they have won countless National and International Awards, including: Top Overall School, Top Overall Group, Best Choreography and Top School Spirit.
They have also performed in the Nutcracker on Broadway, Walt Disney World, including leading the Main Street Electrical Parade, Universal Studios, Montreal Canada, New York’s annual Tap-O-Mania, and on Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. The dancers have supported and performed for Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Rainbow Foundation, Dance for Diabetes, Adopt a Pet, Assisted Living Facilities, and Dance For America which helped to raise money for family victims of September 11th.
Howell Dance Company train to stay physically fit as the routines performed can be physically demanding. They continuously train to maintain and improve their technique, flexibility, balance skills, and strength.
Our studio located at 4008 Route 9 South, in Howell NJ is a specialized school with instructors who are dedicated to the competitive Dance Team. This enables the owner and staff the opportunity to offer a variety of classes to excel the dancer’s abilities.
The studio offers individual and combination classes which include Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Musical Theater and Acrobatics among a variety of other specialized classes.

These dancers demonstrate special qualities of creativity and performance ability. They are also offered many opportunities from the studio to enhance their dance experiences.
Many students from Howell Dance have gone on to careers including dancing internationally, touring companies, teachers at colleges and professional dance companies. The mission of Howell Dance staff is to train and educate all our students with the love and compassion the students deserve!
