This class welcomes adults of all fitness levels who are eager to learn new dance skills, boost their flexibility, and, most importantly, have a blast along the way.

Dancers are encouraged to wear jazz shoes or a comfortable pair of sneakers that are reserved solely for the studio. Please wear comfortable athletic wear or yoga-style clothing that allows you to move freely and express yourself.
